I order a chimichanga burrito with bean and chicharron and the chicharron was black and hard, so I called apparently the owner is also the cook and I explained to him what was going on, and he became very rude and irate and refused to make it right or refund me my money back and I offer to take the item back to see what I’m seeing and hell no he was sarcastic and hungup on me, would you be upset with a reply like that. Me and my family with no longer be eating at Papa Jose’s, it’s not the only ma and pa restaurant in town. It was a pickup order and I’m very disappointed with the owner response to the matter, not a very good business and customer service doesn’t exist with the owner. FYI he always told me I don’t have to eat there again, who does that, the worst customer service response ever. I said “wow”, he said “yeah wow” back at me after all was said, unbelievable.

This is one of my most favorite ❤️ places ever. I absolutely love the authentic traditional Mexican food. I highly recommend the pozole and chicken tacos on white. But really, anything you order will be delicious l! The food is always good with top notch service and the atmosphere is fun and quirky. This is the place to go for feel good food.

We normally love eating here. We took my mom To dinner. Well we’re ordering our food. The waiter was just rude. Just the way she kind of talk down to us and then we got the chips and salsa. The chips were really stale and were not good. So we told them and they told us there’s no way that they’re stale they were made today and argued with us after the chips and salsa incident. It seemed like nobody wanted to help us because we complained the service was just really bad.
